    The BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS of WEST GEORGIA/CHAMBERS COUNTY, seek to help young people, especially those from disenfranchised circumstances, realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens and lead them toward living full, satisfying, and productive lives. 334-756-0097

    The BREAD BASKET is a supplemental food program for elderly Chambers County residents 60 years of age or older with limited resources. The Bread Basket Meets the third Monday of every month. 768-4091

    CIRCLE OF CARE CENTER FOR FAMILIES
    The CIRCLE OF CARE CENTER FOR FAMILIES provides a range of prevention and support services designed to improve the health and well-being of families and safety of children. Since 1996, the Center has identified unmet service needs and located or developed services to meet these needs. 334-768-4091

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION CENTER
    The DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION CENTER operates a 24-hour confidential emergency shelter for victims of domestic violence in Chambers and surrounding counties. It also offers referral, out-of-shelter counseling, public education, support groups, and a child abuse/ date violence prevention program. Victims may call the 24-hour hotline at: 334-749-1515

    EAST ALABAMA MENTAL HEALTH CENTER
    The EAST ALABAMA MENTAL HEALTH CENTER helps individuals and their families who suffer from mental illness, retardation, or substance abuse. Individuals receive help at the local center, or are referred to specialized services close to home. Fees charged according to ability to pay 800-815-0630

    INTERFAITH FOOD CLOSET
    The INTERFAITH FOOD CLOSET is a cooperative, ministry outreach that serves Chambers County and West Point, Georgia by providing emergency food assistance for families in need. The Interfaith Food Closet is operated totally by volunteers. 334-756-3443

    SAV-A-LIFE provides pregnancy testing, adoption referral through Life-line, abstinence teaching, educational materials to civic and educational groups, alternatives to abortion and preparing for baby programs for first-time mothers. 334-642-8832
  8. TRI-COUNTY CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER
    TRI-COUNTY CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER
    The TRI COUNTY CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER serves child victims of physical and sexual abuse in Chambers, Randolph, Tallapoosa counties. The center interviews children on behalf of law enforcement and DHR, helps coordinate a multidisciplinary investigation into cases of abuse, and provide therapy to child abuse victims free of charge. 888-204-4469 / 256-825-0094

    VALLEY HAVEN SCHOOL
    VALLEY HAVEN SCHOOL operates by contracting with the Department of Mental Health of the State of Alabama to serve infants with developmental delays, physical or mental problems, and adults with mental developmental disabilities who are not eligible for other day program services. 334-756-2686
